Beyond the story: Reshaping dementia support will bring together leading voices from across the sector to share ideas, spark conversations and help shape a better future.
“I’m excited about the depth of this year’s programme and know there are innovations happening in the sector that I can’t wait to learn more about,” says Alzheimers NZ Chief Executive Catherine Hall.
“We’re making great progress locking in some thought-provoking speakers and we’ll share these with you soon.”
There are three kaupapa over the 1.5 days – Making the Action Plan real, services and innovations and workforce.
We’ve previously shared the Associate Minister of Health Hon Casey Costello will open the event.
“Our sector is interwoven and we know people look forward to these conferences every year as a way to connect with each other,” says Catherine.
“And the programme is shaping up to be one you won’t want to miss, so we do hope you can join us!”
The conference will be on Tuesday 29 and Wednesday 30 September in Auckland and online .
This follows the pre-election political panel to be held in Wellington and online on Tuesday 1 September, as part of World Alzheimers Month.
