Our Work Alzheimers Gisborne/Tairāwhiti offers support, advocacy and education for people with dementia and/or their primary carer and extended family/whānau in Gisborne/ Tairāwhiti. Alzheimers Gisborne/Tairāwhiti relies on donations, grants and legacies to continue this work. Legacies are one of the most significant forms of funding we receive and having the ability to commit funds from legacies each year allows us to plan and fund long-term and innovative programmes.
