About Caroline

Caroline has more than 30 years’ experience in dementia, with 15 of those years in workforce development. Caroline published a learner workbook to the first national dementia knowledge sets in the United Kingdom in 2007 and has since gone on to lead the development of dementia mate wareware programmes including leadership and apprenticeships. Over the past five years Caroline has been supporting the development of dementia  care practice in Aotearoa New Zealand, including supporting the development of the education certificate for Ryman Healthcare.
