Annual General Meeting

Our 2024 AGM is being held on Monday 26th August at 1pm at our building – ‘Tautāwhi’ 14 Manakohi St, Spotswood followed by a light afternoon tea (please rsvp for catering purposes).

If you are a current member, then you have voting rights at our AGM.

This year we will be inviting members to approve our updated constitution to enable successful re-registration to the new Incorporated Societies Act 2022. Please note the changes are minor and will not affect our services.
