Community-based group for early onset

This is a social, peer support group for people with cognitive impairment or early onset dementia who are interested in connecting with others in a similar situation. No formal diagnosis is necessary but a meeting with Rayleen, the Dementia Navigator, to ascertain if this is the best group for you is a pre-requisite. Membership is free though activities are on a user-pays basis. The group meets twice a month and engage in a planning meeting when required to work out where to next.
