Please note banking industry changes mean cheques are being phased out. Whilst you are welcome to send or deliver cash payments to Alzheimers Nelson Tasman, 319 Hardy Street, Nelson, 7010, we encourage you to use either online banking (your bank’s customer service providers will be able to assist you) or bank counter deposits.
You can set up a regular automatic payment donation to Alzheimers Nelson Tasman by clicking the red ‘donate now’ button (top right of this page) and selecting ‘Monthly’ or ‘Annual’ as your Gift Type payment option. Or you can ask your bank customer service provider to assist you.
Or select the ‘donate now’ button to make an online secure one-off donation to Alzheimers Nelson Tasman. All donations over $5.00 are tax deductible, and a receipt will be sent in recognition of your contribution.
Alzheimers Nelson Tasman has a diverse and varied Volunteer Programme which helps to enrich the lives of people with dementia and their carers, and supports the Alzheimers Nelson Tasman staff.
Our volunteers make a significant difference to the person with dementia, their carer and the community, which in turn can allow them to stay in their own home longer.
Volunteer training and support is provided, and some travelling expenses are reimbursed.
If you are interested in volunteering we would love to hear from you. Contact us here.
Make your next tea or coffee break count this month by holding a Cuppa for a Cause for Alzheimers Nelson Tasman. Spend some time with friends or work colleagues and for a gold coin donation, you can help people affected by Alzheimers Disease and other dementias.
Please contact us on 03 546 7702 for further information about how your business can help support and sponsor Alzheimers Nelson Tasman programmes in the community.
