Resources to support Vital CST (vCST)

    Interim guidelines

Interim guidelines have been developed to support facilitators who wish to offer virtual Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (vCST) by the UCL International Team members. The pre-existing guidelines and key-principles of in-person group CST should be applied for vCST. These interim guidelines should therefore be interpreted in conjunction with the CST ‘Making a Difference’ manual (Spector, Woods, Stoner & Orrell, 2020).
